Over 40 years experience

At APK Design, we’re redefining the way homeowners across the UK approach home design. Founded by Andy Keeling in 2001, we set out to bring clarity, convenience and affordability to an industry that too often feels complicated, slow and costly. Over the years, we’ve grown into one of the UK’s leading architectural design services - combining expert knowledge with innovative technology to deliver high-quality plans without the drawbacks of traditional architecture firms. Our process is designed around modern convenience. Using advanced 3D tools, we provide a fully digital experience from start to finish - covering everything from initial consultations to planning and building control submissions. No delays, no hidden fees, just a straightforward way to bring your ideas to life. Although we now specialise in oak framed buildings, much of our work is still in traditional brick and block construction. Every project is tailored to your needs, budget, and style. Our experienced designers work closely with you to ensure your renovation feels exciting rather than overwhelming. With fixed pricing, transparent processes and full support at every stage, we make sure you always know what to expect. From planning permission to detailed architectural drawings, we guide you through the entire journey. Whether you’re adding an extension or reimagining your home completely, APK Design makes the process faster, easier and more affordable - so you can achieve the home you’ve always dreamed of, all from the comfort of your own home. We can work remotely providing planning drawings for you to submit to the council directly, we can provide the full planning service and we can provide a full architectural service overseeing build works on site.
