Over 40 years experience
At APK we have over 40 years experience in the planning process in the UK including the Pre-Application Stage and Submitting Planning Applications. There are two main types: • Full Planning Permission – for a complete proposal. • Outline Planning Permission – for the principle of development (details submitted later as “reserved matters”). We submit: (via the Planning Portal) • Application forms • Site plans • Design and access statement (if needed) Local Authority Fees are paid by the client which are separate to our costs. We submit all of our planning applications via Plans for Planning which has close ties to the UK’s leading rural planning specialist and the UK’s top planning Barrister.
